Cardinal Pole Catholic Schools Senior Leadership Team

The Senior Leadership Team are listed below. 

Adam Hall - Executive Headteacher

  Mr Hall is Executive Headteacher at Cardinal Pole Catholic
  School and Bishop Challoner Catholic School.   He has
  served the school community since 2014 in several senior
  roles prior to his appointment at Headteacher in 2022 and
  has worked in Catholic education for 18 years.

 Alex O’Donoghue - Head of School

Mr O’Donoghue is Head of School and has served Cardinal
Pole Catholic School in various roles since 2012

Ellie Connolly - Lead Deputy Headteacher

  Ms Connolly is the Lead Deputy Headteacher responsible for          Teaching & Learning and the Curriculum.  

Leonicio Tavares - Acting Deputy Headteacher

Mr Tavares is the Acting Deputy Headteacher with
responsibility for whole school behaviour. 

Charlotte Brennan - Assistant Headteacher

  Ms Brennan is an Assistant Headteacher with responsibility
  for Teaching & Learning and the Curriculum.

Gabriela Toma - Assistant Headteacher

  Ms Toma is the school SENDCo with overall responsibility
  for the SEND Department.

Tom Read – Assistant Headteacher

  Mr Read is Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for
  exams, data and attendance.

Shahidur Rahman – Assistant Headteacher

  Mr Rahman is Head of Sixth Form with overall responsibility
  for the school’s 16-18 provision.

Gemma Green - Assistant Headteacher

  Ms Green is Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for                PR/Marketing, primary outreach and PGCE staff.

Matthew Tisi – Assistant Headteacher

  Mr Tisi is Head of the RE Department with responsibility
  for the school’s Catholic Life, Student Council, rewards/
  extra-curricular and personal development of our students.

Mylene Joa-Longartt – Director of Resources
