Envision London Community Apprentice Programme 2020

This year two teams of Year 12 students took part in the Envision Community Apprentice Programme. Congratulations to Deep Wounds who came second in the competition. The team of 10 students created a social media campaign on the subject of racial profiling. In this photo the team are pictured together with their mentors at Stonehenge Fleming where they attended mentoring sessions before lockdown. Recently the team were invited to attend a virtual meeting with representatives from the IOPC (Independent Office for Police Complaints) to discuss and explore issues such as racial profiling, stop and search, and BAME youth confidence in policing.
