Uniform
Pupils are expected to dress in full school uniform each day, take pride in their appearance and to be smartly dressed. If they are unable to wear the uniform for any reason, the school must be notified in writing by the parents. Under no circumstances will we tolerate clothing or hair styles which reflect adolescent cults. The school will decide whether or not an item is a fashion item.
Boys’ Uniform 2010
- School Blazer: Grey Pinstripe Blazer with school logo
- Trousers: Grey
- Pullover: Grey long sleeve with “V” neck and red stripe and/or Grey sleeveless with “V” neck and red stripe
- Shirt: Plain White with long sleeves (short sleeves may be worn in the summer)
- School Tie: All boys must wear a school tie
- Outdoor Wear: Black School Jacket (compulsory) with School Logo
- Footwear: Black shoes - leather type - not suede or patent. No boots. No trainers. Black laces only
- Socks: Grey or Black
- Optional Extras: School scarf, hat and gloves. (To be purchased from Roughcuts only, No other variation allowed)
Girls’ Uniform 2010

- Skirt: Grey pleated
- Pullover: Grey long sleeve with “V” neck and red stripe and/or Grey sleeveless with “V” neck and red stripe
- Shirt: Plain White with long sleeves (short sleeves may be worn in the summer)
- School Tie: All girls must wear a school tie
- Outdoor Wear: Black Jacket (compulsory) with School Logo
- Footwear: Low heel black shoes - leather type - not suede or patent. No boots. No trainers
- Socks or Tights: Plain knee high grey or black socks, plain grey or black tights
- Optional Extras: School scarf, hat and gloves. (To be purchased from Roughcuts only, No other variation allowed)
Compulsory P.E. Kit for All Pupils
- Shorts: Black
- Shirt: Black T-shirt with school logo
- Football shirt: White with black trim with school logo (only required if pupils intend to play for the school football team)
- Socks: Long white football socks
- Tracksuits: Black/Red Tracksuits with School Logo
- Footwear: Football boots/trainers/shin pads
The following items are not permitted:-
Headphones, logos, nose studs, body piercings, make up, nail varnish, acrylic nails, baseball caps, pagers, rings, chains/pendants, sunglasses, hair extensions / pieces / designs, earrings in general.
The school allows one small pair of studs to be worn (one in each earlobe) either gold or silver and a watch.
Mobile phones are allowed but must be switched off and not visible during the school day or around the perimeter of the school.
