How To Apply
Step 1 - Apply
Take the time to read through our prospectus, admissions criteria, and subject blocks (all are downloadable at the bottom of this page). Then, selecting from the range of courses available on our Academic or Vocational pathways, complete the application form.
Note: if you wish to study A Level Home Languages (Turkish, Polish or Italian), you must indicate this on the application form. We do offer tuition for these subjects. If there are clashes in our proposed blocks for what you wish to study, please note this on the application form.
The deadline for applications is:
CLOSING DATE FOR INTERNAL APPLICATIONS: Friday 1st DECEMBER 2017
CLOSING DATE FOR EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS: Friday 26th JANUARY 2018
Applicant interviews will take place in February and March.
As soon as your application is received you will be given a date for interview. Places for courses will be given on a first come first served basis with ten places reserved for external candidates.

Alternatively, your application can be handed in to reception at the school.
Step 2 - Interview
Once you have applied you will be invited to meet with the Head of Sixth Form to discuss the appropriateness of your subject choices and career aims.
Step 3 - Start
Offers of a place will be made from the end of April onwards. Late applications may not be considered as we are an oversubscribed Sixth Form.
Following your successful application, you will be invited to attend an enrolment day on GCSE results day in August and to meet the Sixth Form team and your fellow students. Formal induction will take place during the first week of the Autumn term.
